Terms & Conditions – Sakura Series Warranty

1-Year Warranty for Manufacturing Defects:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in our cookware for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We guarantee that our cookware, under normal use and care, is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty becomes effective immediately upon removal of the cookware from its packaging. However, it ceases to be applicable after the product has been used.

Examples of Covered Manufacturing Defects:
– Warping or deformation of the cookware body
– Detachment or loose handles
– Non-stick coating peeling or blistering under normal use
– Structural flaws compromising the integrity of the cookware

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
– Normal wear and tear
– Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
– Scratches, stains, or discoloration when in normal use
– Damage caused by high heat resulting in burnt blackening
– Accidental damage or acts beyond our control

Claims Procedure:

Proof of purchase is required to validate your claim. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the nature of the defect and whether it is covered under this warranty.

Proof of defect must be clearly communicated with photo evidence to our team through the email: chefwan@chefwanlifestyle.com.my

Proof of purchase order ID must be included: you may find this on your online receipt, emailed to you for website orders, or the transaction ID from Shopee, Lazada or TikTok orders.

Remedy:

If the defect is covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product. If the exact product is no longer available, we will provide a similar product of equal or greater value. We do not offer cash refunds.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
