300g mackerel, boneless
1 tbsp. red Thai curry spice
1 lemongrass, thinly sliced
1 kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. corn flour
5 tbsp. margarine
6 long beans, sliced thinly
A little bit of salad leaves, cucumber and tomato for decoration
Ingredients for Sauce
2 tsp. fish sauce
Ingredients for Cucumber Acar
1/2 cup fine sugar
½ cup vinegar
1 white onion sliced thinly
1 red chilies
Instructions
Cut mackerel till it looks crushed on a cutting board.
Mix all the ingredients together with the fish.
Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
Take out the mixture and flatten it with your hands (make sure it is in the shape of a circle).
