1. Place the fish into a food steamer.
*If you don’t have a food steamer, you can alternatively use a medium pot. Make a ring shape with aluminum foil and place into center of pot. Fill pot with water and boil. Then place heat resistant plate on top so that steam will pass through the ingredients.
2. Place all of the ingredients listed above onto the fish.
3. Steam for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Serve immediately.
