1. Blend the garlic, ginger, onion, tomato paste, tomatoes, dried chillies, chinese parsley, ghee and tomato sauce into a smooth paste.
2. Sauté all the ground ingredients until fragrant.
3. Add meat and cook for up to 15 minutes.
4. When the meat is tender, add coconut milk, milk, salt and sugar. Let it boil for a while.
5. Finally, sprinkle with onions, green tomatoes, red tomatoes, green chillies and chopped red chillies as garnish.
