Ingredients:
500g beef, ‘topside’ thighs, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 birds-eye chili (pound finely)
2 red chilli
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 pcs. kaffir lime leaves
A handful of Thai basil leaves
A handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 stalks of onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
a bit of sugar
Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat the oil and sauté the lemongrass, hot chilli and red chilli until fragrant.
Add the meat, oyster sauce, a little sugar and onion. Continue frying.
Add kaffir lime leaves, basil and coriander once meat is almost ready.
