Ingredients (A)

  • 300 grams chicken bones
  • 1 onion (cut into 4)
  • 4 tomatoes, diced small
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 4 stalks coriander leaves
  • 2 packets Brahim’s tom yam soup mix
  • 10 cups water
  • ¼ cup fish sauce

Ingredients for Noodles

  • 300 grams yellow noodles
  • 2 pieces Ayamas prime roast
  • 10 pieces Ayamas chicken balls
  • 100 grams Ayamas Lite Loaf (diced small)
  • 50 grams mustard greens (blanched)
  • 50 grams Asparagus (blanched)
  • 2 stalks spring onions
  • 3 Boiled eggs
  • 10 Bird’s eye chilli

Instruction

  1. In a pot, boil all ingredients in (A) above, starting with the water, chicken bones, and vegetables.
  2. Stir occasionally, ensuring ingredients don’t burn at the bottom for 40 minutes.
  3. Decorate the noodle ingredients in a bowl and pour in the tomato soup.
