3 chicken breasts diced in large pieces
1 drop of sesame oil
1 tsp. oyster Sauce
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. corn flour
For the rest:
Vegetable oil for frying
2 cloves of white onion, chopped
2cm young ginger, sliced
2 tbsp. chili bean Sauce
1 tbsp. oyster Sauce
1 piece tempe, diced and fried
Some red, yellow and green Bengal peppers, diced
3 tbsp. olive oil
A little chicken broth
Sugar to taste
Mix chicken breast meat with oyster sauce, sesame oil, egg and corn flour.
Fry until golden and cooked. Place chicken on a plate when done. Set aside.
Using a different wok, heat oil and sauté white onions and ginger.
Add in chili bean sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken broth, bengal peppers, tempe, and chicken. Cook until the sauce has dried up.
