Ingredients
For Filling:
125g king mackerel flesh, steamed and finely mashed
500g potatoes, boiled then finely mashed
1 red onion, finely minced
2 eggs, beaten
3 pieces white bread
2 ts salt
1/2 ts blackpepper powder
1 tsp. fish curry powder
1 tsp. dried dill
2 red chillies, finely minced
For Dredge:
A bit of wheat flour
A bit of bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Shape into ball shaped croquettes.
Dredge filling into flour, dip in egg, and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
