Ginger
Shallots
Garlic
Red chilies
Turmeric
Salt
Slice the following:
Lemongrass
Turmeric
Putat shoots (pucuk putat)
Winged beans
Stink beans
Water dropwort (daun ceylon)
Banana leaves and wild betel leaves
Instruction
Cut the banana leaves into squares, soften them then spread some oil on them.
Place the wild betel leaves in the centre of the banana leaf.
